Who we are
This website is operated by Wildware Studio, a design and development studio for iGaming products. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Wildware Studio, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or contacts us through it.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@wildware.studio.
What we collect
When you email us, book a call or message us on Telegram, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address or messenger handle, company, and details about your project.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to you, prepare proposals and estimates, schedule calls and, if we work together, deliver the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Server logs are used to detect abuse and fix technical problems, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our email, hosting, calendar and messaging providers. They process data on our instructions and are bound to protect it.
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, but we never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Information related to client work is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Server logs are kept for a short period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, write to hello@wildware.studio. We will answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
